Travel and Accommodation Requirements for Destination Weddings:

The Client agrees to provide all necessary travel and accommodation arrangements for the Henna Artist, including but not limited to:

1) Travel Expenses: Full coverage of transportation costs to and from the event location(s), including airfare, train fare, or mileage reimbursement as applicable.

2) Lodging: Appropriate and safe accommodation for the duration of the artist's engagement, including the night before and/or after the event if required due to travel times.

3) Living Expenses: Reasonable coverage of daily living expenses, including meals and incidentals during the stay.

4) Rest Periods: The Client must allow the artist appropriate rest periods, especially during long sessions or multi-day events.

These provisions are essential to ensure the health, comfort, and optimal performance of the Henna Artist throughout the engagement.

For henna services, the client shall:

2) Pay $125.00 an hour, for services or additional henna artist.

3) Pay .75 cents per miles travel expense if the event is more than 25 miles from henna artist.

4) Pay the balance due before the artist leaves the event. The balance can be paid by cash, or check.

5) The Bridal henna services start at $1,000.00; with the final price subject to increase based on factors such as design complexity, coverage area, and time required.

Helpful Bridal Suggestions:

• Leg waxing/sugaring or shaving should be done 2-4 days before henna. Doing this after your henna is done will impede the color results.

• Pedicures and manicures should be done the day or morning before the henna day.

• Please skip all massage oils, and body oils as this can impede color results.

• Do not do any heavy rubbing, housework, kitchen work, nor have excessive contact with water.

• Please wear comfortable clothing to do your henna in.

• Remove your contacts, if this applies, before getting your henna done.

• Keep your henna overnight, and warm for best results.

• Henna stains will be bright orange at first and darken within 24-48 hours to reach peak color results of deep reddish-brown and up to dark cherry tones.

Nehal Patel guarantees:

1) The henna will be of the highest quality.

2) The henna paste will contain henna, lavender essential oil, sugar, and lemon juice.

Nehal Patel cannot guarantee:

That the henna stains will be equally dark on every person. Hand lotions, spray-on tanning products, other oils and cosmetics, after care, as well as stress may cause henna to stain

a lighter color. Proper aftercare is very important to ensure darkest stain results.

1) Bridal: extremely complex, feet, hands, legs, arms: 8 hours

2) Bridal: complex, feet, hands, legs, arms: 4 hours

3) Bridal: complex, hands and arms only: 2 hours

4) Bridal: simple, feet, hands, legs, arms: 2 hours

5) Complex, both hands front and back: 2 hours

6) Simple, both hands front and back: 1 hour

7) Complex, both hands one side only: 1 hour

8) Simple, both hands one side only: ½ hour

9) Single patterns: 10 minutes each
